In natural grass and synthetic grass, bacteria can find a way to grow. In order to create a grass surface that is as safe and clean as possible, we can add a special infill that is naturally resistant to bacterial growth and survival of micro-organisms. Our special turf infill has been proven to be the only infill that is anti-microbial. Our "PLAYSAFE" infill is a colored and sealed silicon dioxide that is free from dust and is non-toxic. It is also free from heavy metals, waste, steel and fiberglass by-products. The rounded uniform size beads & acrylic coating reduce abrasiveness therefore reducing the likelihood of scrapes. It also actually helps extend the life of the turf by protecting the fibers of the turf from wear.
